1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 8999 bat platform and all services under it. By using the site or opening an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and 8999 bat.

2 Account Registration

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses will be cancelled.

2.2 Account Verification

Identity may be verified through a National ID card, birth certificate, or other government-issued document. This verification may be requested before a withdrawal or at any time as needed. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.3 Password Security

You must keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is not permitted. The account holder is fully responsible for all activity carried out from the account.

3 Age and Eligibility

The minimum age to participate on 8999 bat is 21 years. Anyone registering must confirm that they are at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Persons residing in Bangladesh and using a Bangladeshi mobile number are eligible to use this platform. A person may only operate an account in their own name and on their own behalf.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

8999 bat accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer — can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests can only be made from a verified account.
• Funds will only be returned via the same method used for the deposit.
• The deposit amount must be wagered at least once (separate wagering requirements apply to bonuses only — see Section 5).
• 8999 bat reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

8999 bat offers various bonus offers. Each bonus has specific wagering requirements, and without meeting them, funds earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement on the bonus is ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus promotion has its own eligibility conditions and time limit.
• Withdrawals directly from bonus balance are not allowed — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement is met.
• While one bonus is active, no other bonus can be claimed.
• 8999 bat reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If misuse of any promotion is found, the account will be closed and the bonus forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

8999 bat offers various games including slots, live casino, and cricket betting. The specific rules of each game or bet apply to that game.

6.1 Bet Settlement

A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled. Sports bets will be settled according to the result of the match or event. 8999 bat reserves the right to correct any incorrect result shown due to a technical error.

6.2 Multi Bet

For a multi bet, all selections must be correct to win the entire bet. If even one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost.

6.3 Prohibited Behaviour

• Sharing an account or using someone else's account.
• Placing automated bets using software or bots.
• Misusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Coordinated betting or any strategy operated dishonestly against the platform.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

8999 bat may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms or evidence of fraud.
• Registration with false information.
• Operation of an account by a minor.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Unethical or unlawful activity.

Before closing an account, the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided; however, this may not apply in cases of fraud. You may also request account closure yourself at any time.

8 Privacy and Data Protection
